Accounts that do not verify their email address receive a reminder after 2 days and a final warning after 10 days, and are securely purged after 15 days; purged accounts are snapshotted and can be reviewed and restored by our administrators on request.

When you accept our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy during onboarding, we record your consent (document version, timestamp, IP address, and browser) so we can demonstrate when and how consent was given. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or deleting your account.

10. AI Content Screening & Translation

We use AI services (DeepSeek) to translate platform content into 22 languages and to screen user-generated content — such as messages, product descriptions, and listings — for compliance with our policies. Only the minimum text required is sent for processing, and our AI sub-processor does not retain the content it processes.
